About truth

You say you are sad and that you have lost all your arguments ?

Truth doesn't exists. However we would like to catch it and represent it in our mind and share this representation. That's what all religions try to explain. Buddhism says that all things are impermanent, it means that nothing can be catched, kept and possessed, even an idea, even buddhism. Buddhists fall very often into a static non representation which is also an image.

Muslims said exactly the same thing when they ordered not to represent any image of allah, but what they miss in the present is that bigot submission to any commandment is equivalent to the adoration of an image.

Christian are not better : they were told initially not believe in nothing than "be present" (Jahve).

This is the problems of all religions : ancient words have loose their sense and the message is lost because not living and incarnated anymore.

If you try to just be present, you'll see it is difficult and that immediately, one second after, you are beginning to believe in something else that represents it. So it's human and not to be blamed !

Hope is the last trap for the helpful heart minded people. Understanding is an intimate process, and the best gift that can be made to another person is to let him discover it. Usage of force, either emotional, intellectual or physical does not help.

Argument itself is out of the way. It enforces attachment to representations. Keeping in touch with reality is the challenge.

This message is just a gentle suggestion ;-) originally written for a desperate heartful person.
